Warm bulgur salad with vegetables and feta cheese
3 dl of bulgur
A cup of miniature or cherry tomatoes
Half a cucumber
1 red bell pepper
About 70 g of feta cheese
Cook the bulgur according to the package. Meanwhile, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber and bell pepper into bite size pieces. Chop the parsley and crumble the feta.
When the bulgur is finished, drain and add into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and drizzle a bit of olive oil on top before serving.
