Nilssons Ambrosia – One Year Today!!!
One year ago today, I posted my very first recipe on Nilssons Ambrosia. I had been reading a bunch of food and lifestyle blogs for a while and after a bit of encouragement from my boyfriend, I decided to start my very own food blog. And I am so so happy that I did. I have had so much fun this past year, cooking food, preparing blog posts and taking lots of pictures.
At first it was a blog in Danish, but I soon decided to change it to English. And when I did, I was amazed at how many different countries have visited my little food blog. I love it!
I have lots of plans for new recipes and other features on Ambrosia, and can’t wait to get started and see what my second year as a food blogger brings.
