Blondie with roasted nuts and chocolate chips

I baked this blondie cake for Sillas’ birthday dinner last Friday. It was just the three of us (I still have to get used to the fact that we are ‘us three’ and not ‘us two’ anymore, and I love it) The big birthday dinner with friends was the next day. I realize now that it has been almost one years since I have posted anything here on Nilssons Ambrosia. Normally I would do my best to post at least one new recipe a week, so having gone almost a year without a single post is a bit extreme.
